I want to tell you about my experience in working with my realtors, Robin Smith and Paul Moffett –Robyn is truly is a gem! The working relationship has been a relatively brief one; the transaction, from start to finish, was completed in a fairly quick time frame (from mid-October to yesterday December 7th). This is the third house I’m purchasing, so I have had experience working with many realtors before. Robin is, hands down, the best one of the bunch. I felt VERY fortunate that she was my realtor, as I initially made a blind appointment for a showing through the internet. Actually, I consider our serendipitous meeting a gift.
I felt a really wonderful connection with her, which has NOT been my experience in the past with realtors. She looked out for my interests even when I wasn’t expecting it. And after working with a difficult seller at the closing table, she truly displayed poise and diplomacy when I had not. I certainly believe the transaction went through because of her wonderful customer service and negotiation skills. And to my chagrin, I think I didn’t help the situation at settlement because I demonstrated annoyance and anger towards the seller. But, that highlights even more just how good she is.
At any rate, I wanted to tell you that it was wonderful working with Robin and Paul, and if I ever need to sell or buy again, I will definitely call them.
